Even the ghoul looks similar to their depiction in the first Witcher title, with later games changing the designs of these monsters. The artwork shows the Witcher standing on top of a beheaded ghoul after what seems to be a vicious battle. It's amazing how similar their version of Geralt looks to the one in the first game.
